About The Founder

Joy is the visionary founder of Innovate Learning Hub, a seasoned engineer, and a passionate advocate for youth development. With several years of experience leading engineering projects and driving innovation and business transformation across various multinational oil and gas firms in multiple countries, she brings a strategic, results-driven approach to education—blending technical expertise with a deep commitment to student success.

College Valedictorian with an Engineering degree, Joy holds an MSc in Engineering, an MBA, and is pursuing a Doctorate in Engineering. Beyond her corporate achievements, she is dedicated to shaping the next generation of leaders. As a mother of three teen and tween children, she has personally coached and mentored them to excel academically, guiding them to represent their schools in prestigious competitions.

She is passionate and dedicated to positively influencing the next generation and has served as Future Energy Leader at the World Energy Council, a STEM Coordinator for the Society of Petroleum Engineers (SPE), and as a coach and mentor to several people.

Innovate Learning Hub is a premier K-12 tutoring service and STEM Enrichment Center. Innovate Learning Hub provides personalized tutoring in Math, English/Language Arts, STEM, and coding, with an option for in-person and online learning. The learning hub also offers after-school programs, summer STEM, coding, and art camps, and college preparatory courses.
