Cancellation, Refund, and Rescheduling Policy

At Innovate Learning Hub, we understand that plans may change, and we aim to be as flexible and transparent as possible while ensuring we can deliver high-quality experiences to all participants. Please read the following policy carefully. All cancellation, refund, or rescheduling requests must be submitted in writing to info@innovatelearninghub.com.
Cancellation Policy
- You may cancel your child’s registration for Innovate Summer Camp and other Innovate Learning Hub Programs at any time by notifying us via email at info@innovatelearninghub.com.
- Cancellations made at least 30 days prior to the camp start date are eligible for a full refund minus a $25 administrative fee.
- Cancellations made less than 30 days before the camp start date are not eligible for a refund, as program materials and staffing arrangements will already be in place.
- However, the amount paid will be retained as a credit on your account. You may apply this credit toward rescheduling your child into another available camp session of equal value, within the same calendar year. Credit cannot be carried over to the following year and is non-transferable to another child or family.
Refund Policy
- No refunds will be issued for
- Missed days due to illness, scheduling conflicts, or travel.
- Dismissals due to behavioral misconduct or failure to follow camp rules.
- If Innovate Learning Hub cancels a camp session due to low enrollment, inclement weather, or unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be issued.
- Refunds will be processed using the original method of payment within 10 business days of approval.
Rescheduling Policy
We understand that unexpected changes may occur. Innovate Learning Hub is committed to working with families to find flexible solutions where possible.
- If you need to cancel within 30 days of the program start date, no refund will be issued. However, the amount paid will be retained as a credit on your account. You may apply this credit toward rescheduling your child into another available camp session of equal value, within the same calendar year. Credit cannot be carried over to the following year and is non-transferable to another child or family.
- Rescheduling requests made less than 14 days before your originally scheduled camp start date will be handled based on availability and cannot be guaranteed. Sessions often fill up quickly, and staffing and materials are allocated in advance.
- To initiate a rescheduling request, email info@innovatelearninghub.com as soon as possible. Requests will be reviewed within 3 business days, and we will do our best to accommodate your preferred alternative.
- Please note: Only one rescheduling per camper per season is allowed, and credits not used by the end of the camp season will be forfeited.
Make-Up
While we do not provide refunds for missed days, we will do our best to supply any camp materials or project kits missed during absences, where applicable.
Innovate Learning Hub allows one make-up class per semester. If a calss is going to be missed, please notify us at info@innovatelearninghub.com. If no notification is given 30 minutes BEFORE the class time, there will be no make-up credit given, NO EXCEPTIONS. If the hub cancels a class, we will provide a makeup class for each missed lesson. There are no makeup class for missed or cancelled makeup class. Please contact info@innovatelearninghub.com for any questions.
Closures
In the event of a closure due to weather conditions, or any other unexpected circumstances, make up classes will be given.
By enrolling your child in our programs, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to this Cancellation, Refund, and Rescheduling Policy.
