Rachel is a dynamic educator skilled in teaching English Language Arts, Reading, coding, robotics, and web development, bringing both academic strength and technical expertise into the classroom.
With over 8 years of experience in full-stack web development instruction, she creates engaging, project-based lessons that make complex concepts clear and accessible.
Known for her steady and supportive teaching style, Rachel helps students build confidence — whether strengthening literacy skills or developing STEM projects. She is passionate about helping learners feel comfortable, capable, and proud of their progress.
Rachel holds a B.A. in Sociology and certifications in Full-Stack Web Development and Applied Scrum for Agile Project Management.
Shayan brings innovation, creativity, and academic excellence to Innovate Learning Hub. He holds a B.S. in Computer Science, earning Dean’s List honors, and is currently pursuing his Master’s degree in Game Design, maintaining a perfect GPA.
As a passionate Software Developer and Game Designer and with a Solid STEM background, Shayan specializes in teaching Mathematics, coding, robotics, and interactive technology in a structured, engaging, and project-based manner. His coding expertise includes: Python, C# and C++ programming; Game development and interactive design; Robotics integration; Website development; and database management.
Shayan enjoys helping students build strong foundations in problem-solving, analytical reasoning, reading comprehension, and written expression.
With prior experience leading tech camps and STEM programs, Shayan excels at guiding students through hands-on learning while helping them build their own projects.
Joy is a seasoned engineer, global project leader, and passionate educator. She founded Innovate Learning Hub with a bold vision: to redefine how children experience learning by blending academic excellence, STEM innovation, and leadership development into one transformative journey.
A Valedictorian Engineer, Joy holds a Master of Science in Engineering, an MBA, and is currently pursuing her Doctorate in Engineering at Texas A&M University. Her career spans leadership roles in multinational oil and gas organizations across multiple countries, where she has led complex projects and built high-performing teams.
Beyond her professional achievements, Joy’s greatest passion is investing in the next generation. Joy believes education should do more than improve grades — it should build confidence, spark curiosity, and equip children with the mindset and skills needed for lifelong success.
